I think you should search for the boot.ini file on your computer there should be a line for every OS :P

If you found the file it should look something like this:
Код:
[boot loader]
timeout=30
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(1)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Windows 7 Professional" /fastdetect   <-- YOUR WINDOWS
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\WINNT="Windows XP Professional" /fastdetect <-- THE WINDOWS YOU WANT TO DELETE

Very nice :P But what I need to do, delete the Windows XP line and save? And where is boot.ini located?

I see this:
Код:
[boot loader]
timeout=0
default=C:\BOOTSECT.DOS
[operating systems]
C:\CMDCONS\BOOTSECT.DAT="Windows PE Recovery Process W/O Data losing" /cmdcons
C:\BOOTSECT.DOS="MS-Dos OEMSETUP Recovery Process..."

Yes :P You just need to delete the line and save and the boot.ini file should be found like this: Right klick on "computer" -> properties -> Advanced -> and there should it be :P
(But Im not sure windows 7 have a boot.ini I know windows XP has but like I told you Im not sure about windows 7) :P
