Hello,
I had this issue with sa-mp since like 0.2.2 version, I never told anyone, I kept re opening sa-mp in like 4 times to make it work.
This time, I installed sa-mp, (SAME GTA INSTALLED BUT WITHOUT SAMP). And I added an IP Address, Samp opened, NO MATTER WHAT I DO, re-installing sa-mp, gta san andreas, removing gta_sa.set, formatted computer, I bought new GTA San Andreas, and still same problem.
I tried EVERYTHING I know, I used ******, wiki, everything.
I get this:

I've tried more than 10 times, It's not working anymore, no matter how i try.

Try a other server
and see if you got it there also

Well, Maybe someone knows?
I guess(ONLY GUESSING IT MAY BE NOT TRUE).
It's because of my internet? I have 2MB connection, My cousin has 1 MB connection. but sometimes my internet keeps restarting/rebooting router, automatically.
My cousin had the same problem as me with router, when his internet got fixed, his sa-mp stopped showing this bug?

Can it be like that?
