PLEASE HELP!!!!
I already read the common issues and the Quick-start guide.

1) SA-MP version.
0.3a

2) Windows version.
Windows 7 32

3) Video card type.
GeForce 6100 onboard (crap)

3) IP:Port (if any) of the server you are trying to play on.
just the browser doesn't show up the servers ands on the favourites it says retrieving info.

4) If you are crashing, paste the crash report in your post and say when the crash occurs.
no crash

5) If you are crashing loading SA-MP, please say whether GTA:SA single player works (test it).
no crash

6) Do you have any other GTA:SA mods installed? e.g. new vehicles.
no

I also couldn't downgrade to 1.0 because it gives me an error. My game is in spanish.

I have just done it. And still doesn't work. Is it because the game is in spanish?

Range banned from SA:MP for some reason maybe? Do you have a router or firewall? If you have a firewall, try disabling it, or adding SA:MP to the exceptions list. Can't help with routers, as every model is different..

No no. It's the first time I try to use SAMP. So I can't be banned or anything.
I already disabled and added GTA and SAMP to exceptions but still doesn't show up any server!
Maybe because I haven't done the downgrade?
