I have a router and im hosting it but i dont know how to bring it up onto the interent list

Go into Server.cfg (the same folder where your samp-server.exe is) and set announce to 1.

That will make the server appear on the internet list for others. Also make sure that you have allowed samp-server.exe through your firewall and forwarded the ports the server uses.
