I'm listening a guy and a woman speaking spanish from my speakes, i can increase the volume and the voice volume is always the same. I don't have any programs/shits open. Wtf is that?

I had this too.. But for me it was very very silent, and there were some russians talking.. But I scanned my computer from viruses and spyware and it fixed!
