Where can I find, all of the color lists

If you don't know what I'm talking about, here's an example :

I personally use photoshop (have to remove the # and as 0x ... also needs an FF at the end). There are a few color picking tools on these forums, search for them .

Replace # with 0x and add an alpha intensity to the end (FF is full alpha)..
