I'm going to make a small video for my future release (in my signature)

I was wondering how do you make a video without any hud/chat/Gui/textdraws?

I'm gonna use fraps for a recorder, and Sony Vegas Pro 9.0 for a editor, if anyone knows please tell me how

i just press f7 till it turns off my chat and my hud and minimap goes
