i assume your colors are transparent. the values you are using, are:
199 = 0xC7
65477 = 0xFFC5
1538909898 =0x5CC9E6CA <- here the alpha channel is defined (CA), is this zone showing up?
16711888 = 0xFF00D0
these values are not readable as decimal and you will need to convert them each time you modify. not good.
create colors like this: 0xRRGGBBAA. (RR=red, GG=green, BB=blue, AA=alpha). working with hexadecimal values is easier.
there are plenty of color code tables around, here u got some basic colors (with transparent effect (the last 2 digits (ox 7F, thats 127 in decimal) will set it to 50% transparency):
