Question:
I was just wondering on how to pay random cash to a random player every 20mins or so.
Example : ViruZZzZ_ChiLLL has one the lottery with $250,432

Set a timer, create a function that gets a random player ID, (maybe onPlayerConnect?)
then on the fuction make a random, with the ammounts you want. then put the random on GivePlayerMoney.
