I've got a MySQL Script I just ain't got a clue on how to set it up :/

Well, I think it's to do with MySQL. I've got a script, when I load samp-server.exe and connect to localhost, it gets as far as Connected to blah blah Roleplay then freezes :S And at the bottom of the samp-server.exe it says it didn't find my Script .amx file, when it is there...
