I've looked all through MTA and can never find ID for ground.....I need like paved ground so i can add buildings onto it to make a jail. Like this:

I've looked EVERYWHERE and can't find it. Someone please help

one "solid" ground (only from above, but this wont be a problem i guess) i know off, id ID 8661, about 8x30 units in size.. or maybe 10x20 i didnt check it so far
