car passenger problem

also the passangers get kicked out of the vehicle how can i do that the passangers wont get kicked?

Remove: || newstate == 3 :P

There is no Vehicle ID Matthew_Samuel.
And, what do you want to do?
The specified car to be only for you?
If so, you should add that:
