How to Make Server?

lol, First of all.
You should go to http://www.sa-mp.com/download.php and download "SA-MP 0.3a R7 Windows Server".
Then you must press right on server.cfg, open it as notepad.
And now, at "rcon_password xxx"... you can change the xxx for whatever password you would like to put.
You can rename the "hostname" and set how much players do you want.
Then you save it by Ctrl+S or File>Save... and now you need to press "samp-server.exe".
