Dude no one is goin to help u for 30 buck i might do it for 60 but it aint goin to be a perfect with all the things u want. maybe a could thro in a couple of commands such as /kill,/credits/help, and other rob stores commands. depending on how big u want the server to be bu 60 bucks maybe for San Andreas or San Fierro.
