first use:
Camhack 1.1 or 1.2 :http://www.thegtaplace.com/downloads...mera-hack-v1-2
Fraps: http://www.fraps.com/
and an editing programm..
you can use Windows movie maker.(sucks in my opinion)
so you can use some of the pro programms below:
Sony vegas 9
Adobe after effects
Final cut

If i'm not using fraps, is it okay if i use Xfire video? Or witch is better, Xfire or Fraps?

fraps ofcourse
with fraps you can record high quality
xfire is just for short vids and quality is not high
