Last Resort (Yes, I DID SEARCH FIRST.)
#1

Hello there. I'm asking for your help, and readying my flame shield. I've tried almost everything I can think of to get my server online, and I'm pretty sure it's still not working.
I'm trying to get a server up and running on 0.3.

Here's my port forwarding, which according to Portforwarding.com is exactly the way it's supposed to be.
I've USED port checker, and the Typefish Toolbox thingy to check to see if my server was online.
Also, yes, my firewalls are allowing connections through. I'm on Windows Vista.

My progress:

If you wanna give it a try for me, it's
"7 1 . 2 1 5 . 5 9 . 3 3 : 7777"

Before you tell me to "OMG LERN 2 SERCH" or "LOOK ^ PORT FORWRDING" I've done both. Numerous times.
I've already read
http://forum.sa-mp.com/index.php?topic=72147.0
http://forum.sa-mp.com/index.php/topic,48953.0.html and the Wiki, I've already BEEN to portforwarding.com and follwed all of their instructions, and this mf'er just doesn't wanna work.
If anyone knows a way to help me, please, do.
That doesn't involve flaming the hell out of me since I already did 99% of the most commonly suggested things.

Did you type 'ipconfig' in command prompt at any time?

Type it, then put the 'IP Address' from that in your port forwarding thingy.

I've done it. Doesn't look like it on the picture cause I blacked it out, but that's been done.

You don't need to black it out, it's your internal IP address.

What router do you have?

(Going to bed - wont reply for a few hours)

Then set your computer to be the DMZ.

Try to make sure you don't have any firewalls on your computer.

Linksys was always easy for me to port forward, real straight forward browser.
