I made my own server have the script and all, but when i launch it with my ip (whatismyip.com) it says server didn't respond retrying. it does work with the 127.0.0.0 thingy or w/e. I got announce to one, opened my ports i use windows xp. I have no idea whats wrong, maybe its my pc thats blocking me?.. can anyone try this server out for me? 92.254.77.76:7777

Does anyone knows what i have to do to fix this?.. Fast answer please xD i would love to launch it tonight. Thanks

I think your router is blocking the port.
You need to forward it.

Visit portforward.com.
