hi guys, ive made an server and i can see it under internet list in sa:mp 0.3a
but i dont know if others can join it.

server IP 80.213.107.171:7777
ive tryed to ask others on other servers to test it but no one joined!

Probably because you violated server rules to advertise your server.
If it can be seen on the internet, it's likely other people are able to join.
