can you help me i got a gw server and i wanna make an admin skin i made it but if i wanna use it i have to log as RCON not as a normal admin pls help me here are the lines:

I'm not sure that i understand you, but:
If you wanna to use your skin only if you are logged in as RCON admin:

And if you want use your skin only as normal (not RCON) admin:
