Something is wrong with your computer than. I have Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit, and it works perfectly. Try running in compatibly mode, it may help... Possibly your GPU (Graphics Card) is bad. Run a check on it in "Device Manager".

Graphics card is up to date, Nvidia 8300GS or something like that i had. I ran it well on vista, so it should run. Havent tried compatibility mode, doing it soon.

Ran it in compatibility mode, still crashes, im running it as an admin, both running in compatibility: samp and gta_sa.exe. Help?

I used the SA-MP forum search, i got MILLIONS of topics about it, none of them has been fixed. Is that problem that kind that it cant be fixed?

This does seem to be a big issue... Are you able to run the actual GTA:SA Game in single player? If you are, then we have narrowed the problem down to SA:MP itself.
