Hey. I have a problem with singleplayer saved games-problem. I downloaded a 100 % saved game, but when i try to open it, game crashes. What to do? Srry my english

That savedgame prbably was saved when a mod was used.
Search fo another one?

Umh, not sure is that possible, because i have two car mods and two cleo mods (backup mod and taxi )

Car mods don't really affect the saved game...maybe you have a map, or something inside.
