You can do it with YSF and that plugin is still available for download if I'm correct, so i guess you can. But that "official" rule is stupid and some people could actually believe that this server is Official.

While I agree the "official" rules is stupid and misleading, there are no official servers anymore so people should realize they are talking out of their ass.

Indeed, but there are probably still some players who didn't noticed that Official List is removed, so they could actually believe in that "rule".

Agreed, there are still quite the amount of players on 0.2X iirc aswell.
