PSU connector help!

Hey. i had a problem with a computer, so im trying another PSU to see if the problem was lack of watt's.
Anyways this PSU has a connector i never seen, its greenish. ima post a pic for you to tell me what it is if you know. the one next to it, white one, i know it, its the one which i normally plug in my motherboard, the cpu is a P4 HT 3.0ghz. But the greenish one fits in the motherboard too. which one should i plug, and whats the greenish one?

Isent there a handbook or something that came with your PSU telling you what they are?

It the same thing no difference
or there are some mother boards that need two. Of this connectors.
green=white

I think the green one is an extra if your motherboard can take 24? pins, you know, the strip connector has 20 pins + that green plug.
