Useing zcmd for /suspect

Well after finding out what i need to use and getting the include i want to make a /suspect command useing zcmd but i have no idea how to start any ideas?

when an on duty police officer is on duty if he uses the command /suspect [playerid] the person he suspected will get a wanted level and his icon on the map will be orange and when the suspect is killed by a police officer the police officer gets 100 kinda like the suspect system on argonath but i am not sure how to start this off.

Yeah i been looking for the last couple of days but i cant seem to make sense of it i looked on the forum and on samp wiki but i just dno how to start it

i think dcmd is much easy for ME

well ether way i still dont know how to start it i have looked all the above links befor but all i need to see is a example of it so i know what to do with my own one dose anybody have an example of a suspect command USEING zcmd or dcmd and NOT Using strcmp()?

Use this as an example of how-to, the only difference you are going to make is
exclude the amount and put your code under the 'else' statement in that code.

It isn't really hard, when you get the hang of it it's really easy, and last time, ppl
start using zcmd+sscanf, it's so much better, effiecient, and faster!
