I have only disabled visual themes for samp.exe

Run in compatibility mode? I had an issue with vista but now i have windows 7 and same graphics card as you and it works alright.

I tried it and, it made sa-mp to crash at 80 percent at loading screen

Which I could solve by running the server on one pc and play on the other - but I would like a better solution

Yes, a doublepost, back on topic:

I need help with this, as:
I have to kill gta_sa.exe from taskmanager in order to use the computer afterwards
I can't connect to localhost, the game crashes at first SA-MP screen (the one without loading bar)

And sometimes it just crashes like 1 sec after I click Connect in the server browser

I have found another issue:

Lets say I have this "Real" IP: 78.39.89.144

And I connect to 78.39.89.144:7777

Then I get the "80% loaded crash" issue


But why? - SA-MP works with any other server

I had the same problem, try running it in compatibility mode for Me/98 both GTA_SA.exe and SAMP.exe and also run them as administrator.
