Hello I have a server and does not respond, I'll go clean it says the server is not responding and the server I'm in the GTA SA folder can someone help me?

Did you launch the server ? (Turned it on). If you did do you have opened/forwarded ports ?... Or maybe is your IP wrong check it here : http://www.whatsmyip.org/ if still not help idk than
