Ok i want to know if i can host a server, not off my pc but off a website, or could i upload it to my website and host it on there??
How do i edit it:
can i change cars?
can i edit the map?
how do i put the cars in?
how do i install it?
Can i edit the map?
whats the most people allowed in, the highest i can set?

No you couldnt host it of a website
Only from your PC or from a virtual PC

that sucks, my site is host of a friends pc so it still wont work?

If its hosted on your friends pc, You could only put it on his computer and run it off there,
You wouldnt be able to upload it to your website

you can edit the map, but you can only ADD objects.... you cannot Delete i suggest "MTA map editor"
