I was wondering if somehow it's possible to make an NPC move with a command.
I have one that is right on a door. but he is not supposed to let people in, unless they come with drugs. so is there a way to load another recording of the same npc? like one moving so people can go in

You just need to record each move witch you would want wen typeing cmd..

make npc spawn - standing somewhere or smth like that . .

yes it is possible the best way to learn its by taking a look or editing so you understand how the system works
take a look a t filter scripter released its about zombies they follow a player with a command and kill em so theres
inplemented the function you want so yeah good luck and scripting need patient people so yeh :P
