AddPlayerClass goes to OnGameModeInit callback, you can only use OnPlayerRequestClass callback to check the class-ID.

ok but when i join the game i see arrows to select the player class but i dont see the skin of that class why?

Because your camera coords at class selection aren't correct. You'll need to change them.
