Go here:

I'm assuming you already have the server files.

Now, you must download a game mode....

The newest GM can be found here:

After you're done downloading that.... Drag and drop the necessary files to the necessary folders.

Now, that was the easy part..

Now to continue, go here:
www.portforward.com

Find your router/modem/whatever model number and click it.

Find Samp server or whatever...

Go into start>all programs>accessories>CMD.

Now type ipconfig and you'll want to find your "Default Gateway"

Once you've found it, go to your internet browser and type the numbers.

This will take you to your router/modem/whatever..

From here, just follow the instructions from www.portforward.com


Also, make sure your server.cfg file has "announce 1"..

You don't need to forward ports on a dedicated server, besides his server shows up on the internet list fine, so there is no need to forward.

Actually, I added it to my list and nothing appeared..

Therefore, I thought it wasn't running.
