use a debug FS and type /v vehiclename / vehicleid. then drive it to where u wanna place it. type /save w/e u want and open the savedposition.txt in ur san andreas folder.

It works, the only thing that's changed is that you won't see a message for saving in 0.3 version. If your coords aren't saving then look around on the forum to find a fix.
