Change APP icon with Resource program


I have a question. They recommended the "Resource program" to me. One question.

Applications:


Pascal.exe - Compiled by Free Pascal
C++Icon.exe - Compiled by C++ and the application have a icon.
C++IconandDes.exe - Cpmiled by C++ and the application hace a icon and file description.
C++.exe - Cpmiled by C++ and not have icon, description.


The Resource program:

C++Icon.exe - The Resource program: icon functions in "decompiling"
C++IconandDes.exe: The Resource program: icon and file info functions in "decompiling"
C++.exe: The Resource program: no functions in "decompiling"
Pascal.exe: The Resource program: no functions in "decompiling"


I think the problem is: The Resource program decpmile a application, if the application have icon. Example: If the application have icon, in Resource decompiling icon functions. If the application have the application info, in Resource decompiling file info functions.


Sorry, i speak in English but low.

Question: I how to use the Resource program, if the application (Example Pascal.exe) not have file info, and I would like to set (or change) the file info.
