does the "/rcon lgin password" work? maybe if youre logged in as rcon, then u should be able to use all admin commands...

or exit the game enter in scriptfiles and then you found a text with names.open your name text and modify level admin or what do you have

And which admin script are you using (if any)?

RCON login will give you power over sa:mp-rcon commands (you can find them at sa:mp-wiki).
