DINI
DUDB, DJson (both made with dini and most efficient)

For DUDB there are loads of tutorials made by DracoBlue

and you definitely didn't use the search button..

Although convenient, I don't think that DINI is actually efficient. If I recall (which I probably don't) DINI opens and closes a file every single time you retrieve information.

So retrieving 3 integers (i.e. Admin, Level, Money) you open and close the file 3 different times, when you could save CPU and Memory by opening it once, reading all three, and closing it once.

I've never saw something different then DINI, is there an example of that what you stated in your post? Sorry for going off-topic here.
