why when i try to enter he says i havent got an account and says to make i try to make but how what is Lastname_Firstname format what i must do and when i fill the box he says this with Lastname_Firstname

You're trying to connect to a roleplay server, I assume.
You have to use a real life like name, such as Pete_Peterson. You should come up with a better name though, that was an example, and there's a 24 character limit to your name, so you can't have something like Pete_Peter_Peterson_Pan (that wouldn't be a realistic name either).
