I tried to fix it by deleting gta_sa.set and it doesn't work ,by reinstalling the game doesn't work too.I don't use mods or any other sh*t

Thanks.It got fixed after the 3rd reinstall(removing all files + doc files ,etc) .Thats strange , isn't it?
i reinstalled it many times in the same directory and now on the 3rd time it got fixed by installing it in another directory wtf
