What is CAMPING?

The camping in SA:MP and COD serias isn't the action, what you do with your family in a nice park.
That's an annoying thing in tdm,dm servers.
So this action means, you stands at a cool point for kill and wait for victims, who don't know you are there.

Why this is annoying?
Becouse you cannot easily shoot them the f_cking camper.

Finally, what this fs does?
Slap the player if he camps 1 minute.

it should set the campers to 25hp and tell everyone on the server that he camps + setting a marker on him. and if he still camps then he get slayed that would be kwl

In this edition if the player camps the system tell him he should not do that and if he still do that... kill
