Itґs frustrating. In every game I play the fps suddenly decrease suddenly for 10-15 secs ... whether itґs gta sa ,css, mw or ut3. I cleaned my processes ,scanned with anitvir and made a check with spybot. but no success.... any ideas ? how can i solve this problem?

Did you check how are your PC fans?If they're stuck your pc is overheating and losing power.If this doesn't work reinstall windows or drivers.
