For some reason on my server, when a player dies they die but they still are alive on by 1 hp, and are in the death position on other peoples screens but alive on theirs. I also have a problem where you cannot hear any weapon sounds and all users get this.

Well, you could always check the players health (GetPlayerHealth) not sure if it would still be the same or not. I'm not sure about the weapon sounds though.

Same here with the weapon sound thing, sometimes there is no sound at all

Does it happen after restarting the server?

From what I've found, if a client stays ingame when the server restarts, he will remain alive after death, but appear dead for everyone else.

Rejoining fixes it, but yes, it doesn't seem a SA-MP problem.
