I am a co-owner a a public server and have a lot of cheaters and hackers.
Should I kick them or ban them? I keep kicking them hoping they will turn off hacks,
and come back and play fair... but then some come back with hacks. Anyone know what to do?
I don't want it to seem like I am a bad lead admin and just like to ban everyone for the
of it.

You have to have a zero policy for cheaters.
Cheat = ban.
