Hi there.

Iґve recently noticed epicly huge lag coming up with no real reason. It just happens, boom, the chatbox starts to lag, messages typed are popping up 10 seconds after you wrote them, but all other players are not lagging. Its weird.

Do you have that too?

Make sure that you are running the 0.3a R4 server.

If players on your server are experiencing problems like those: http://forum.sa-mp.com/index.php?topic=130114.0 you should update to R4 as it fixes that problem.
