In that picture you see what i type, Then i get that message, I don't see why, Iv'e tried Deleting it, then i tired Recreating a empty one?

Make sure you have write access to the savedpositions file (ie run as administrator).

Wait hold on, Debug seems to save them fine how do you mean run as admin? The .txt file or Samp?

Well since you can't run a text file, it'd be SA-MP and/or GTA SA.

Check if there's even a savedpositions.txt file made. If there isn't, then make one.
