Turn framelimiter off in advanced options

type /fpslimit 100 ingame and see if that helps

Turn draw distance down

While in samp type /fpslimit 100

Also, i found that turning anti aliasing off helps alot.

i had another question

what is that anti-aliasing?
and what happens if i make it higher (what happens to quality and how does it affect the stress on my graphic card?)

It smooths out edges on everything with reduced frames of course.

You can make your game faster by setting the priority to high with the task manager AND/OR if you have more than one processor do set affinity CPU0 and CPU1.

my settings for game

anti-alisaing is none
details set to VERY HIGH
resolution 1440 x 900

video card - 9400 gt 1 gb

frame limitater is on
i feel the game very fast without frame limitator, but i dont like stressing my vga.

i will keep the anti aliasing to 16 x or 8 x today. (the highest one)
