Is it possible to apply the new script (If I have edited it) without restarting the whole server?

I don't think you can. If it's a gamemode anyway, if it's a filterscript, just login to RCON, and do /rcon reloadfs <filterscript name>

I meant my gamemode, not filterscripts. And I know all RCON Commands
