Just ordered a server from delux host.

However like a idiot, i accidently put in a incorrect email, therefor sending the verification email to the wrong adress. Luckily enough, after this i registered that particular account on MSN, just incase of future mishaps. Either way, i did not recieve the instant setup email i presume you recieve.

I have sent a email, and imputted a ticket. It is getting the 24 hour mark, and to be honest i don't feel this as been 24/7 service as iv just wasted one day of my money on something i can't have no control over.

Either way i am not complaining and i am sure they are a excellent quality service, and i understand it is my fault. It is however, making me scepticle that the only delux member on this forums was last active on "February 23, 2009". Considering it's now october im presuming they are no longer active on this forums. I am currently awaiting my email reply to my real adress.

EDIT: Also would like to know if anyone has ever seen the live support, actually online? It's just, i didn't go to bed untill 1 this morning waiting for some sort of help.

Just wanted to know if they are definatly still a up and running, and reliable service.

lol delux was blacklisted of the masterlist anyways so buying a server from them is virtually useless ><

Oh Sh**, not good. Guess i should have asked before purchasing, anyway thanks.
