But 97% of people CAN run SA-MP on Windows 7.

It's not sa-mp that doesn't work for windows 7. I played the Single player and it crashed while loading more ingame objects. So its the game itself not sa-mp.

I'm not sure, I can't my single player crashes and I got Ultimate version 32-bit
