how to fix the bug when rain comes and I can't hear anything

I knew how to fix it 2 years ago but I forgot.

Can somebody please remind me?

This is a common problem on windows XP-mostly if you have a Realtek HD sound card. I had the same problem on my XP Pro on my old PC, all you have to do is go under start, then run, type in DXDIAG and press enter, then click on the sound tab, and lower the sound accelleration OR turn off sound accelleration, and this will fix your problem. However, if you are on Vista, you will have to live with it, as Vista has disabled the sound accelleration setting. Hope this helps.
