[Complete Guide] How to create a SA-MP 0.3a Server + Making it listed.

Hey,

I'll Show you how to create your own SA-MP 0.3a server + Making it listed
Lets Begin

Step 1. Download SA-MP 0.3a Server From http://www.sa-mp.com
or Click here -> http://files.sa-mp.com/samp03asvr_win32.zip

Step2 Open the Zip file and you will see these :

Unzip them to some folder.

Step 3
. Edit Server.CFG
Open Server.cfg using a wordpad or notepad and you will see these

Code:
echo Executing Server Config...
lanmode 0
rcon_password changemde
maxplayers 50
port 7777
hostname SA-MP 0.3 Server
gamemode0 grandlarc 1
filterscripts base gl_actions gl_property gl_realtime
announce 0
query 1
weburl www.sa-mp.com
maxnpc 0
onfoot_rate 40
incar_rate 40
weapon_rate 40
stream_distance 300.0
stream_rate 1000
In that you need to edit mainly :
rcon_password - (PASSWORD)
hostname - (SERVER NAME)
maxplayers - (Maximum players allowed)

If you use any gamemode or filterscripts add them at

Code:
gamemode0
filterscripts
and Run the samp-server.exe

So now your server has started , if your server is not listed on the internet that means your ports are not forwarded. So you need to forward them by changing the settings of your router

For that you need to get your Default Gateway ip - (Normally it is 192.168.1.1)

Goto Start - Settings - Network Connections - Local Area Network - Details - and note down your default gateway ip

So now you have the Default Gateway ip ! Open up your browser and write down that ip
You will be asked your username and password you may know it !! (If you don't know contact you Internet service Provider )

So lets port forward:
I HAVE A ECI ROUTER
Now you have logged into your router webserver

OPEN SERVICES - FIREWALL- PORT FORWARDING AND ENTER YOUR LOCAL IP AND LOCAL PORTS - 7770 - 7779 AND ADD ( IF NECESSARY RESTART YOUR SERVER)

YOUR ROUTER MAY HAVE DIFFERENT CONFIGURATIONS SO I WOULD RATHER SUGGEST YOU TO GO TO

http://portforward.com/ and know more about your router or contact your ISP

You can check whether your server is online here : http://wd.serverffs.com/check
