So, I have this problem too, but not as have you...

But it not always..
I can connect, but I have 9 errors and 1 connect from 10..

i think its steam but i am not sure i played sa-mp 2 years ago with another gta san... and it was working then i lost cd i took this gta from my uncles computer there is stream.ini not steam but is it steams ini or another thing
