Hey, I thought to make my own server, I don't want to host it, so here's my spec:
I don't know how to find them lulz
windows seven 32bit (64bit when I won't be lazy)



how much players can my server have? including NPCs

@Damn Right M.I.A!: Duuuuude! You have 4GB of RAM and you're using 32-bit OS?!!!! Install the 64-bit version to have full use of all 4. I'm sure you can handle lots of players with your pc and with your upload/download speed, since I was able to hold around 20 with only 2gbs of RAM, an AMD Athlon Dual Core 6000+ (3.02ghz) and an Asus 8600 GT Video Card. You have around twice my download speed and twice my upload speed so you should be able to hold around 40 or even more without a lot of lag!

Could you tell me what's your Video Card? I don't see any info about it in your main post.
